Biography
Lenrie Peters was a Gambian surgeon, poet, and novelist. Peters was interested in Pan-Africanist politics and became involved in the African Students' Union at Cambridge University. He was a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons in England.
